UVLED curing machine has replaced the traditional mercury lamp. After more and more customers start to use UVLED curing machine, 

how to maintain  the UVLED curing machine, to better its use effect and the longer its service life,  that has become a problem to be 

understood.In order to make the UVLED curing machine have a longer service life and better use effect, daily maintenance is very

important, which is also a necessary step to ensure safe and efficient production. To maintain the normal operation of the UVLED curing

machine, the following items must be checked frequently:

1.Regularly add lubricant according to the requirements of the lubrication list.

2.often check the operation of the rotating components of the machine, if found abnormal, should immediately close and notify maintenance

  personnel to repair.

3.Turn on the UV LED light source switch to confirm whether the light source is on. If it is not lit, notify the maintenance personnel to

   repair it.

4.Check if the vents of the UV LED curing equipment are clogged and clean the dust.

5.Check if the light intensity of the UV LED is still within the working standard range and whether the lamp bead is aging.

6.Check whether the fan motor is running normally or not, and whether the motor speed can meet the working requirements.

7.Clean the dust inside the machine frequently. Check the presence or absence of residual dirt in the UV LED curing equipment after 

  operation. Do not wash the body and work site with water to prevent the appliance from getting wet, damaged and electric shock.

8.Check if the current of the UV LED lamp is normal and the line is aging.
